Excellent Customer Service We are Chrysler owners so naturally we returned to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were immediately We are Chrysler owners so naturally we returned to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were immediately greeted by Steve, who walked around the lot with us, collecting information while we browsed. We started leaning toward the brand new models so he went inside to get David, who handles the new model sales. David approached us and greeted us by our names and made great recommendations for new models. He took us out for a test drive within minutes and we were sold. He made the sales process very smooth and made us comfortable by getting us beverages and he made a rather long process seem very short. After we met with John in finance, who also did a great job of explaining our options and moving the process forward, David stayed with us almost two hours after the store closed to help set up our Bluetooth and radio features. He sat in our new car with us and explained all of the great features that comes with the Grand Jeep Cherokee and there were times where he seemed just as excited as we were about our new purchase. If you are planning on purchasing a new vehicle through Suburban Troy, ask for David! I promise you will have a great experience. More
