Fabulous experience! We came to Hudson in search of a pre-owned car. We entered the dealership and were warmly greeted. My husband had spoken with Brandon earlier in the day but he was with another customer. Manny brought us to his desk to get us started. We told him what we were interested in and what our price range was. He then insisted that we look at a car that was on special that was a fabulous deal. He was right. Buick is not the same car that I knew all those years ago. Brandon took us for a drive and we were very impressed. We had him run the numbers and he let us go out in the car again to discuss. We returned, made our decision and got the paperwork moving. Everyone was fabulous while we waited. Matt Mullaney introduced himself and congratulated me on our purchase. There is truly something to be said for professionalism and courtesy. This dealership made our car-buying experience a pleasure.
