I received a call from John Gomez and he addressed all our needs, we negotiated everything in advance and he had our car ready when we arrived. People make the difference and John provided an excellent experience for my daughter and I on her first new car purchase. John was honest, polite, efficient, knowledgeable plus very helpful and his effort plus customer service is why I gave Norm Reeves an excellent review. More

Smooth and Simple I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. I was referred to John Gomez by a family friend and he did not disappoint. Prior to my visit I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. I was referred to John Gomez by a family friend and he did not disappoint. Prior to my visit, my dad and I had inquired about a specific make, model and color. John got back to us immediately and luckily the car was available (only one in stock I believe). I had my doubts as a first time car buyer but when we finally met, he was super friendly and honest. He had the car parked outside to check out to make sure it was exactly the one I wanted. After that it was a smooth process. He answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge and the paperwork was simple and was no hassle at all. We still keep in touch and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

I just told John Gomez what i need in a van, and what i want to pay monthly, he was able to offer me what i told him and get the van that i want, i was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour, thanks to the great effort of John and Eugene, it was really a stress free car buying experience.
