A great car-buying experience! I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Civic, and I love it! My salesperson was John Gomez, he was great to work with, and did everything possible t I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Civic, and I love it! My salesperson was John Gomez, he was great to work with, and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process, start to finish. He has called several times since the purchase to ensure that everything is okay, and I have no concerns left unresolved. This was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I would definitely purchase through Norm Reeves again, referring anyone I know to John Gomez! A car is a huge purchase, and feeling good about it after the signing is so important! I genuinely love this car, and the customer service John provided was exceptional! That wont be forgotten... Mr. John Gomes was very nice and made it easy for me to get a new 2018 Honda civic LX . Which I'm so Happy 😄. I've had very bad experiences car shopping but today it went great. Nice customer service no waste of time was pleasant to be. (Thanks guys for bring a smile to my face). I would highly recommend come in here and buying a car. More

Not a first time customer John Gomez & Eugene Huang (Finance Dept.) assisted us on September 04, 2017 with our new car, they did their best to make us happy. I wish the dealer John Gomez & Eugene Huang (Finance Dept.) assisted us on September 04, 2017 with our new car, they did their best to make us happy. I wish the dealership knows how to take care of their customers too, especially during the night. They serve food (donuts/pastry, coffee & water) during the day but only water at night! We were there in your dealership 'til midnight, if you didn't have the vending machine, we'll end up in the hospital. More
