I put a deposit down on a 2023 Tacoma TRD sport 6-speed manual and I couldn't be happier. John Goodpaster was an excellent salesman getting me into exactly what I wanted. This is the third new Toyota we have bought from Ed Martin Toyota since 2005, first at their earlier Anderson location, and in 2021 and 2023 at their Fishers location. We have gone back to Ed Martin T Martin Toyota since 2005, first at their earlier Anderson location, and in 2021 and 2023 at their Fishers location. We have gone back to Ed Martin Toyota for a reason, both our satisfaction with their sales and service and better than other dealers we have visited. Sales staff John Goodpaster did the usual job of giving a test drive in a similar 2023 RAV4, but then when we laid out the model and options we wanted to order, he and his staff helped us fine tune our order to greatly reduce the delivery time from an estimated year to under 3 months because they knew the models and option configurations that Toyota was most likely to build the soonest. He and financial staff Xavier Potter worked with us on adding a protection package and extended warranty as we had a very tight dollar range on those products we were working to. Also, thanks to GM Eric Sarjeant for continuing Ed Martin Toyota with the reputation and tradition it has earned over many years. More

Good but not Great received a vehicle after 2 days waiting still dirty, food between seats. Dealership is first class with amenities and friendliness. 👍 Looked a 2 cars both were 2020 both had exte waiting still dirty, food between seats.
