Had a great experience buying a pre owned SUV. John was patient with me and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. They let me take home the car for an hour to try our children’s car seats in the ca patient with me and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I was in the market for a used vehicle and visited the Ed Martin website one evening. I found the vehicle I liked and sent a message. The next morning I received a response back from John Goodpaster. John Martin website one evening. I found the vehicle I liked and sent a message. The next morning I received a response back from John Goodpaster. John was extremely professional, patient, and straightforward with cost, financing options, and willingness to come to terms on trading in my old vehicle. I scheduled a time for the next day to test drive. John walked me through the vehicle features and even took the time to show other vehicle options just in case I had any doubts. I decided to go ahead and trade. Alica in finance was also helpful. She explained extended warranty options and in 15 minutes I was in and out of her office! THANK YOU Ed Martin Toyota. I had a great experience and will for sure be back for my next vehicle purchase. More
