I just purchased my 2021 Toyota TRD Off Road (with manual transmission) from John Goodpaster at Ed Martin Toyota yesterday, 2/19/21. I had first became acquainted with John in a random phone call I made to t transmission) from John Goodpaster at Ed Martin Toyota yesterday, 2/19/21. I had first became acquainted with John in a random phone call I made to the dealership on about 1/4/21. I told John exactly what I was looking for, down to the specific model, color, and options. John was able to locate a truck matching my requirements that was scheduled to be built at the factory on 2/14/21. He was able to have that truck diverted to Ed Martin Toyota, It was received at the dealership on 2/18/21 and I took delivery of it on 2/19/21. Everything that John told me from the very beginning of the process proved to be 100% correct. Even the price that John originally quoted to me was exactly correct down to the penny! It was certainly refreshing to deal with John from my first phone call on 1/4/21 all the way through to the actual delivery of the vehicle on 2/19/21. Thank you John!
