As we narrowed in on the brand of vehicle we had to chose where we would take our business. Since we had a few we could choose from we went to different ones to see which would work best. Ed Martin stood as the best to work with. From the staff to the facilities this was a great place. We were taken care of. It was a Saturday when we had to come for the final arrangements so there was a lot going on. A little bit of patience on our part and recognition for it from the staff made the time there, though long, comfortable. I would like to thank our sales person John, our financial assistant Bryce (less than a week on site and did a great job), and the managers who said hello as we were there past the closing our to wrap things up. A shorter comment would be, these people did a very good job and made sure we were happy with the vehicle before working on the purchase. That we had what we wanted. Thanks. More

John answered all of our questions and showed us all of our options, arranged a test drive and gave us time to make a decision. He knows how to build trust with customers with his knowledge of the process from start to finish. If we had any questions, he encouraged us to call his cell number, even if it would happen to be his day off. Working with Bryce Toll to complete the paperwork went very smoothly. Despite how busy the dealership was that day, we had only a brief wait to sit down with Bryce. He was very friendly and professional as he helped us complete the purchase of a new Prius. We could not be more pleased with the overall experience of working together with John and Bryce.
