We typically know exactly what we want before we decide to buy and like to keep the car buying process as simple as possible. Their pricing is transparent and they helped us accomplish exactly what we set out to do. This is how a dealership should be managed. For those reasons alone I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Ed Martin. Meeting him was John was a good listener and a hard worker. He took me seriously from the beginning even though I was texting him for at least a week. Meeting him was a pleasure, and working with him was a pleasant experience as well. He explained every step, offered me options, and then worked hard to get me what I wanted- no, more than I wanted at a price our family can afford. Anyone reading this should also know that the service department's honest and excellent treatment of my daughter is what brought us to purchase a vehicle from Ed Martin Toyota in the first place. You may only deal with your salesperson for a brief period of time, but you will deal with the service department for the life of your vehicle. When you are treated well by the service department with a vehicle that my daughter got as a used vehicle that was not purchased at Ed Martin, THAT indicates how I'm going to be treated in the future with all aspects of doing business with the dealership. Oh, and BTW, John is even coming in on his day off to finalize all of the paperwork. Thanks again John! More

Working with John Hiatt was great as well since he provided us with all of the available options and similarly was understanding of our current needs when setting up with their financing, which ended up beating our outside financing!
