I appreciate John's patience as I tried to pick the color I wanted. Before I drove off, John showed me some of the features that were new on the Rav4 Adventure and had my phone hooked up to the Bluetooth. The new facility is nice and very convenient to get to. More

John called and emailed me with detailed information on the car I found online. John arranged the best possible price on the car and the general sales manager, Eric Sarjeant, sealed the deal with giving me the best prices on accessories and my trade in. When I picked up my car, John Goodpaster spent a lot of time with me explaining the car's features and programing some applications. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask if I had any questions or needed addition help. I'm an electronically challenged senior and John's above and beyond help was very much appreciated! More
