The lowest price came back from Ed Martin, followed by a call from John Goodpasture to find out exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was so easy. I appreciate John's patience as I tried to pick the color I wanted. Before I drove off, John showed me some of the features that were new on the Rav4 Adventure and had my phone hooked up to the Bluetooth. The new facility is nice and very convenient to get to. More

John called and emailed me with detailed information on the car I found online. John arranged the best possible price on the car and the general sales manager, Eric Sarjeant, sealed the deal with giving me the best prices on accessories and my trade in. When I picked up my car, John Goodpaster spent a lot of time with me explaining the car's features and programing some applications. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to ask if I had any questions or needed addition help. I'm an electronically challenged senior and John's above and beyond help was very much appreciated! More

New Prius for Daughter Shopped all over for a car for my 19-year-old daughter and at the time, two different Toyota's were on our list (Corolla and Prius). I bought my last Shopped all over for a car for my 19-year-old daughter and at the time, two different Toyota's were on our list (Corolla and Prius). I bought my last car from Ed Martin Nissan so I was happy that this new Ed Martin dealership was now open right down the street from my house as my last experience was excellent and hassle free. We were greeted at the front desk and introduced to John Goodpaster who assisted us with the purchase. John took the time to listen to what we were looking for and brought the cars around for us to drive. We first drove a Prius after John briefed us on the features and pretty quickly fell in love with it. We also drove a Corolla that day but I had a few more questions about the Prius. It was later in the afternoon on a Saturday and we had a few more cars to look at but I had a feeling that the Prius was the one. John was very informative, low pressure, and fun to deal with and I told him my plans and that I would get back to him. I spoke to John on Monday and asked for their best price (which I got) and made a call or two to be certain of the deal I was getting and it was excellent. John and I spoke then he introduced my to Dustin C. to take the credit app and put the deal in motion. This was all done in less than 10 minutes near the end of the day Tuesday and we picked up the car that next morning with everything ready to go. Heather in finance went through the paperwork with us on a really cool "active" desk , I signed everything and again it was easy and hassle free. The bottom line for me is that there are several dealers to do business with in Central Indiana and for the second time I got a great deal and had a great buying experience at an Ed Martin dealership. Thank you to John, Dustin, and Heather for making this so easy and fun for my Daughter and I, we will be back. More
