I'm born and raised in Lima, Ohio! I have 3 great kids, that’s why the guys call me The Old Man. I'm a lake rat, love boating and hanging out at the trailer there. My kids and grandkids join me there as much as we can. I've earned Gold Master Council of Sales with Honda, who I've been with for almost 30 years. "Awesome Experience" I was ready to purchase my third Honda so my husband and I went to see John Gould. We worked with John before and there was no question who we were go I was ready to purchase my third Honda so my husband and I went to see John Gould. We worked with John before and there was no question who we were going to see for this purchase. I wanted to test drive a CRV, Pilot and Accord and John was awesome. Bringing around the vehicles, answering our questions and spending lots of time with us, not only making sure we were satisfied but making us feel like family. After making my decision and completing the paper work, Kyle Ryan walked me through the set up, actually set everything up for me, made sure I felt comfortable and assured me I could call or stop in anytime I had a question or needed anything. Everyone we met or came into contact with contributed to our wonderful experience. I drove my new Pilot home that day and couldn't be happier! Steve Dawson is completely knowledgeable about the products he sells. He, Josh Gould and Tyler Hepp all stayed late after closing time so we could take our new Toyota Highlander home on a Friday night. There were no high pressure tactics and all of them were complete professionals and just all around good people! We've never owned a Toyota and we just love our new vehicle. The car came equipped with high quality floor mats, something you just don't see these days, We were invited back Saturday morning for a training session on all the new technology and we even had lunch at the Octoberfest Cookout! I'm sure we will be repeat customers! You can't find a better dealership for Honda and Toyotas! They have quality products and, more importantly, quality people! Thanks to Everyone at Allan Nott!
