I'm born and raised in Lima, Ohio! I have 3 great kids, that’s why the guys call me The Old Man. I'm a lake rat, love boating and hanging out at the trailer there. My kids and grandkids join me there as much as we can. I've earned Gold Master Council of Sales with Honda, who I've been with for almost 30 years. Positive experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted but my lease was almost finished. John Gould was very accommodating. He made suggestions but did not pressure me and respected my needs. I got a Toyota Rav 4 and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend Allan Nott Honda and John Gould. More

Friendly and Professional John met us outside and was friendly and interested in our needs. Showed us a number of cars that we were interested in reviewing. With the exception of my very first car, every one I have had since has been purchased or leased at Allan Nott. To give you a sense of how much I like this dealership, I live in Chicago and DRIVE there! John Gould has always been so helpful with finding the right vehicle for me and now my family. He is so friendly, knowledgable, easy to work with and prompt in responding to questions and he always, ALWAYS, finds the best deal. I can't say enough. He's like family to us. This last trip, I was fortunate to have Avery Van Hassel show me the features of my new vehicle. There were so many!! He knew them all, was able to answer every question of mine and even showed me things I would never have noticed. When I saw a spot on the one seat, he immediately had it cleaned. He also installed the middle seat in the second row of my minivan for me. The funny thing is, since we took care of the credit process online beforehand, it took longer to learn about the features than it did to sign paperwork! This dealership is top notch. So much so, I even recommend it to my friends here in Chicagoland. More

The weekend after I got my 2017 HR-V I drove to Kentucky to see family it drove like a dream so smooth. I love my new car!!! More

I have dealt with him in the past, he knew what I was looking for and he found it and quickly gave me a good deal on my first visit to the dealership. One visit to the dealership and a couple phone calls and I was ready to pick up my new vehicle. John couldn't be there when I picked up my vehicle so Adam and Krista took over and did an excellent job. Steve handled the finance portion which was also very quick and organized. Great team for customer service. Very much appreciated. More

New CRV I have dealt with John Gould for over 20 years and he has never judged me or steered me in the wrong direction. Caitlin Burden is so good at her job I have dealt with John Gould for over 20 years and he has never judged me or steered me in the wrong direction. Caitlin Burden is so good at her job of introducing me to the new "bells and whistles " I never once felt like she was talking down to me or silently criticizing me because I am not much of a "techy" !
