So, I called John Graner, who he had worked with to purchase his car, and I found John’s level of customer service to be off the charts (which for me is the most important aspect of any purchase I make). He didn’t try to force me into any sale, took the time to answer every single one of my many questions, and came up with multiple options that made sense for me.
