I cannot say enough about this dealership. From my first dealing with them when I bought my Sante Fe, and for the past 12+ years, I have received excellent service by courteous and knowledgeable people. This was a continual comedy of errors. I dropped off my car on Wed evening for a service app't for Thursday. I then got a call from someone (not John) at 3:00 on Thurs that the car wouldn't be ready. The car on Wed evening for a service app't for Thursday. I then got a call from someone (not John) at 3:00 on Thurs that the car wouldn't be ready. The person couldn't give me an explanation as to why, nor was there the offer of a loaner car for Friday. So, I had to make arrangements for a car for work on Friday. Then, John Grasso called me on Friday to advise me that to replace a fuel sensor would cost me $ 1250. THAT's an outrageous price. I've had issues before where I thought the dealer was high priced, but the vehicle was in warranty and felt it best to stay at the dealer for the work so there could be no question if a warranty issue came up. Now, because I had 75,000 miles on the car, I'm told it's out of warranty and the quote stands as it is. I have two Santa Fe's in my driveway. And I can guarantee I will not go back to Atlantic Hyundai when I purchase another car. And I probably won't be looking at a Hyundai if this is was it will cost for service. More

Disappointed, Considering the fact I bought my car on October 22,2012 and had to take car in for service on December 14th,2012 I am less than happy. I called service dept on December 10,2012 explained th October 22,2012 and had to take car in for service on December 14th,2012 I am less than happy. I called service dept on December 10,2012 explained that the right rear seat warmer button was not working. I drop my car off to find out the gas cap has also been recalled. After your service department had my car for two hours I get a phone call saying we fixed the gas cap but we cant fix your car we don't have the part, we need to order it. you will have to come back when part is in. The whole idea of buying a new car was so I wouldnt have to worry about anything. I work 12 hour shifts and it is difficult for me to just stop working to drop off my car for service which is not completed. This is my fourth hyundai I've bought from Atlantic. I expect better service, especially when I call on Monday and tell you exactly what is wrong with the car. Don't you check to see if you have parts in stock. I have owned a Hyundai Excel gls excellent car, Hyundai scoupe piece garbage but I still believed in Hyundai. Bought a Hyundai santa fe 2004 excellent still have the vehicle. I hope this Santa Fe is not going down the same path as the Scoupe. Hope the part to my car comes in soon I need a seat warmer in December not April!!!!! More
