For the first three years when I bought the car, VOLKSWAGEN service was great. For the past two years, I’ve always seem to run into a problem with them. They seem to have a loaner car issue that has VOLKSWAGEN service was great. For the past two years, I’ve always seem to run into a problem with them. They seem to have a loaner car issue that has been persistent for over a year. My most recent visit, they were not communicative or professional at all. Just seems like they hate their jobs. Specifically the service managers. I don’t know what changed. I will only service my car with them because that’s where I purchased it but for the past two years it’s always been some type of problem which is very frustrating. I will not buy another car from them UNLESS it’s written into an agreement that service will be at least somewhat accommodating. More

I gave a low review because my car was given back to me with fender damage. The Volkswagen service rep was of no help blaming the damage on the TOW COMPANY. Keep in mind my car warranty was also purchased with fender damage. The Volkswagen service rep was of no help blaming the damage on the TOW COMPANY. It was simple and straightforward to schedule an appointment, drop my car off, and use the shuttle service to get to/from work. The team was friendly and professional.
