I had my truck maintenance done in June of this year. The tires were rotated during this service. I failed .getting an inspection sticker because of dry rot in my tires. I went back to the dealer after I replaced all four tires. I was told the mechanic that serviced my truck in June wasn't qualified to assess tire conditions and he didn't speak English very well. This resulted in putting me and my family in serious danger. More

I reached 10 mins before my scheduled appointment and was told a normal service can take from anywhere from 1hr to 1.5 hrs. After I returned 1.5hrs later, no one had taken a look at my car. I was told that even if I leave my car for an hour, they can’t guarantee it would be service by then. On the other hand, had I reached 20-30 mins late, they would have refused to service my car completely. Best to stay away from this dealership. Wouldn’t recommend this place for any business. More
