He may have seen me looking around. With no pressure at all, I decided to explore a new car while waiting for my oil change. Went for a test drive. He suggested I take it home overnight to let my hubby try it out. We went back next day and purchased. I have been going to Jenkins Honda since moving here five years ago for Service. I would highly recommend Jenkins Honda Service and Sales Specialist, John Harbaugh if you are looking for a new car! We enjoyed meeting with John several times and he was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. His experience helped guide us thru the sales process. We were trading in our 2016 HONDA CRV EX-L NAVI for a newer model with more safety equipment. John allowed us to take home overnight a 2017 HONDA CRV EX-L to test drive ourselves and get a closer no pressure look. When we returned, we went over the numbers and then talked about purchasing a 2020 HONDA CRV EX-L. We finally decided on a Beautiful Radiant Red 2020 HONDA CRV Touring Model with all the options that we test drove with John. The negotiations were honest and enjoyable, and we ended up with a better than expected trade in amount on our 2016 HONDA CRV and a Great price on the 2020 HONDA CRV. We will recommend John and Jenkins Honda to our family and friends whenever they are in the market to purchase a vehicle. More
