Cliche sales games We went to Jenkins Honda in Leesburg, Fl. to see about turning in our 2015 CR-V for and leasing another new one. We have seen ads from Honda featuring We went to Jenkins Honda in Leesburg, Fl. to see about turning in our 2015 CR-V for and leasing another new one. We have seen ads from Honda featuring $269.00 per month lease payments. The sales person took my keys to inspect our vehicle. He then placed them behind the manager’s counter instead of giving them back to me. We asked to see the payments on the new vehicle. The salesman told us we had to test drive a new one. We didn’t want to but we did so we could see the new payments. They made me fill out a credit application before we could see the numbers. After wasting 1 ½ hours on this process and finding out I had great credit, they handed us a lease payment of $638.00 per month. I new we were being worked over and immediately asked for my keys. The salesman told me to “hold on”. I told him 2 more times I was not holding on and to give me my keys. He still wouldn’t do what I asked until I threaten to call the police in order to get my keys. The sales manager had the audacity to ask me how I was while I was waiting for my keys. He then asked me what it would take to get this deal done. I told them to give me their best deal the first time instead of trying to hold us hostage and working us over. They made every wrong cliché sales move they possibly could have. More

I was in for an Oil change. I received the usual excellent service. I made my appointment on-line, arrived for my service and was on my way in just over an hour. Service greeter was cordial and directed me to Service Advisor Staci. Staci wrote my order and applied my coupon; she explained the multi-point check results and walked me to the cashier. My total bill was as expected. My preferred Service Advisor Kristie Weeks even stopped by to chat a minute and ask how everything was going. More

I had a s This dealership bends over backwards to make car buying a pleasure, rather than the antagonistic battle you encounter at some other dealers. I had a specific model in mind, and had a car to trade. I let them know right away how much cash I was willing to put up along with the trade, to make the deal happen. While we were quite far apart at first, with some civil back and forth, we were able to, reasonably quickly, arrive at a mutually agreeable deal. My salesperson, Mr. John Harbaugh, was just the most knowledgeable, even-tempered, and affable individual I have ever bought from. And in my lifetime I have bought dozens of cars. During and following the sale, I spoke with several other employees in various capacities, and all were personable and a pleasure to interact with. I recommend Jenkins Honda and Mr. Harbaugh without reservation. More
