First time buying a car on my own. I really felt comfortable with my sales rep, John. All the staff was very friendly and personable. Although I did not get the car I originally went fo I really felt comfortable with my sales rep, John. All the staff was very friendly and personable. Although I did not get the car I originally went for. (no fault of the dealership), they showed me other options that I was not aware of, and found a Honda that I love. As with any dealership, you must do your homework. The finance depart was a little tricky for me, and was glad I did the homework that I did. More

Broken shift lever Late on a Saturday, the release button on my shift lever broke off and I couldn"t get the shift into Park. The car was towed to Jenkins and left there Late on a Saturday, the release button on my shift lever broke off and I couldn"t get the shift into Park. The car was towed to Jenkins and left there. The next day (Sunday) we were able to get a loaner car with help from Jenkins staff. The car was repaired early Monday and we were on our way. More

The salesmen worked to uncover my needs, found a suitable vehicle and provided for a test drive. I already knew when my wife and I went to the dealership that we wanted a Honda Odyssey. Bottom line was going to be price. We were able to come to a price that I think was fair for me and for the dealership. All of the staff were friendly and outgoing. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Overall a great experience. The treatment we received will be rewarded with returning to your facility for service and maintenance needs. We worked with both Micah Baker and John Harbaugh. They are truly two great sales people. I have also received follow-up to questions I have asked and that goes a long ways in winning my confidence. Micah was the person that provided most of the assistance and I found him to be very knowledgeable of the vehicle, its functions, equipment, etc. More

Jenkins Honda in Leesburg is truly outstanding! We purchased a new Civic from this dealership 3 years ago and their service department was so efficient for 3 years that we decided to return to Jenki We purchased a new Civic from this dealership 3 years ago and their service department was so efficient for 3 years that we decided to return to Jenkins Honda. We took a test drive with JOHN HARBAUGH in the new 2018 CRV, model EX-L. WOW! We could not believe all the upgrades and safety features that John showed us! He is exceptional in his knowledge of the vehicle and covered all the enhancements with ease. The technology on this EX-L is so impressive and John has followed through explaining any details that I need help with. He even stopped by in The Villages to help me set up my husband's phone. It is reassuring that he is only a phone call away but he explains so well that we are comfortable with our new CRV and love it! We also purchased some key fob covers from "super friendly", Tony Vazquez for our 2 new keys since they each have a memory seat position. Tony Moore went over the technical parts upon pick up of the vehicle and Greg Green covered the paperwork and finance. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Outstanding Dealership! More
