I have looked in the past at other mercedes dealerships only to get outrageous prices. He comes through with a fair price and always treats me as family (and I only met him in person once). I have given him a perfect rating across the board for every category because that is whats deserved. I needed a new car quickly and turned to MB Manhattan based on their available inventory. She professionally explained everything about the lease and payment options. Then John Hart went over the operation of the vehicle and familiarized me with new features since my previous Mercedes. He was extremely courteous and responsive to my purchasing needs and helped make the entire car-buying process feel seamless. We are strong evangelists for the brand and there has never been a need to convince us of the great quality automobile the company produces. I think you should know that my last experience in changing my car for something newer - has never been better. I was most impressed with attention I was given, the more familiar feeling of making a purchase than a pushy one. I really must take my hat off to you and your team. I am not only proud to have a bought a Mercedes, I am proud to have bought it from Mercedes of Manhattan.
