15th Lease and Going Strong Just as with my 14th lease with Sun Toyota, lease number 15 came off without a hitch. Paul Ramirez was exceptional. He worked with John Heisler to Just as with my 14th lease with Sun Toyota, lease number 15 came off without a hitch. Paul Ramirez was exceptional. He worked with John Heisler to get me the best possible deal on the car I wanted and worked to lower my payments even more with a trade in. Being that I am a repeat customer, to say the least, Paul worked proactively by finding the car I wanted for the price I could afford, he completed a great deal of paperwork up front and because we set up an appointment to complete the deal, Paul even tinted the windows in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait or come back at a later date. I’m sorry that I can’t recall the name of the finance guy but he was very professional and personable at the same time. I was extremely pleased with how this part of the process played out. Overall another outstanding job by the staff at Sun Toyota. I look forward to leases 16 and 17 about 3 years from now....Great job guys. More

Trust me, if this dealership wasn’t the cream of the crop I wo On October 26, 2017 I leased my 14th New Vehicle from Sun Toyota, beginning in 1993. Trust me, if this dealership wasn’t the cream of the crop I would not have been back 13 times. Managers Paul Ramirez and John Heisler were amazing. They pulled out all the stops to be able to get me the car I wanted and for a payment I could afford. They worked with me in every phase of the transaction. It is abundantly clear that the management staff at Sun Toyota values my loyalty to the brand and the dealership. Over the course of the next several weeks I will be back to the dealership for my 15th lease from Sun. I have every confidence that Paul and John will work with me again and I will leave then as pleased and satisfied as I am today. On a side note, since I have dealt with this dealership for so long, I want to give a shout out to the other members of the dealership that have made my positive experiences complete from the Service Advisors (Greg Gamble is the man), to the parts people to the skilled mechanics. There is no reason for me, and in my opinion anyone else to ever consider buying or leasing from any other dealership. More

Two reasons that I would come back I purchased a Certified 2015 RAV4 Sifiso Nhlapo (in Finance) seriously deserves The "BEST" Customer Service of The Year Award (He deserves a 5 Stars++ I purchased a Certified 2015 RAV4 Sifiso Nhlapo (in Finance) seriously deserves The "BEST" Customer Service of The Year Award (He deserves a 5 Stars+++ review). He is very genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and definitely makes the financing process easier. If this review was solely based on my sales person, it would not be a favorable review. My sales person (will remain anonymous) could use some serious refining "customer service" skills in how to win and infuluence people as well as understanding and knowing what "due diligence " means from Sifiso and his own manager John. I called the day after I purchased my vehicle and spoke to my sales person who was more concerned about me completing his online review (because he "felt" that he provided excellent customer service and did everything I asked) over listening and fulfilling my requests (which were not out of the ordinary). Giving an over 24 hour turn around time call back, I ended up calling and voiced a "potential coaching opportunity" and spoke to Eddie K. (Internet Manager) who was very apologetic and thanked me for the feedback and he then escalated my call to John Heisler (Sales Manager) who did a fantastic job stepping in and tieing up some loose ends. So to Sifiso and John H. you both are the reasons I would come back and recommend Sun Toyota. I hope to give a 5 Star review in the future! More
