We asked if they had the new Odysseys 2018 and he hook us up with a Exchange specialist. He warned from the beginning that Honda didn't have any current program at this moment but that they will work it out with us. The exchange specialist (I don't remember her name right now) took us to Guenter Jaeger and Andrew Guelcher to get all info. We went for a test drive and then they offered options for buying or leasing. We were interested in leasing but couldn't afford what he offered. They negotiate various options with us and decided to extend our lease by 3 months and leave us with the same payment we were handling on the old one. We then dealt with Mike Speranza who told us that our credit scores were not the best but since we have been good Honda customers they worked that out. It was a smooth transaction. We had to wait a week because the model we wanted was not available in their location. They had problems with the delivery but kept us informed all the way. The day of our pick up they dealt directly with our insurance and DMV. Another smooth transaction. Then Breana Mattice help us with information and new features of our vehicle. Another happy customer here. More

It was a small thing, but since I had purchased a preowned Hyundai Accent a couple of days earlier, I didn't want to have something that was broken so soon after the purchase. The salesman Matt Pohl brought me to see John Higgins. John assessed the situation and immediately ordered the necessary replacement part. Today he replaced the broken part in far less time than was initially estimated. Through the entire process, John was professional, knowledgeable, and treated me like a friend. I can't imagine better service. More

He is going to be my go to guy for all the car leasing and buying I will do from now on. My Honda Civic lease was due to expire. Locally, Mohawk Honda in Scotia , New York has a solid reputation so I called Mohawk to start the ball rolling for my next lease. From that first contact and all through the process of leasing my next Honda, I received excellent service. All the Mohawk Honda associates are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I was not planning on leasing anything that day I walked into the showroom. I was just collecting information. But after the first five minutes of working with John Higgins, I knew immediately that I could trust him and work with him; so I changed my mind and told him let's lease today. John educated me about the new Civics, the leasing process, options for payment, all without any pressure or impatience with all of my questions. I'm a retired teacher so I sometimes ask "too many" questions. The guy really knows his stuff and he actually listens to you as you explain what you want and how you want to be accommodated. In conversation in the showroom and on the test drive, we discovered that we share a lot of values and interests, so the simpatico and ease of communication enhanced the experience for me. John was on top of everything. I didn't have to do anything extra except go along for the ride. I felt like he wanted me to get the best deal possible and wanted me to be fully satisfied. John took time with me. He was genuinely interested in my life and shared his with me as well. He told me about Mohawk Honda and how forward thinking the company is. He gave me the impression that it was a privilege to work there. I could see that he loved his job and the people he worked with and for. The following day, I picked up my new Civic. I love Hondas and this one is the best yet. Thanks to John and the staff at Mohawk, my experience was really a pleasure. I had none of the dealership anxiety we often get when buying a new car. I walked into Mohawk Honda as a client and left there with a new friend. Thank you John. More
