I have not given the dealership a high rating due to an unsolicited phone call I received from Tiffany at the dealership regarding trading the car for a new one. The car is a two year old Civic with just over 3400 miles. Following the call, I looked at the value of the car, cost of a new one, etc. and I cannot see how this would be to our advantage. In fact, I am surprised and disappointed that Mohawk Honda is making these calls to customers. Prior to this, I would have given the dealership a high rating. I cannot say with certainty that this excludes Mohawk Honda from consideration when we do trade the car. However, it will not be the first dealership that we visit. More

I got the car I wanted at the price close to what I wanted. I had a good experience at Mohawk Honda. Great Customer Service I would like to take the time to acknowledge an employee of Mohawk Honda. His name is John Higgins. I realized in the morning of December 12th that I would like to take the time to acknowledge an employee of Mohawk Honda. His name is John Higgins. I realized in the morning of December 12th that my inspection was almost 2 months overdue. I was on a very tight schedule for the rest of the week because of issues at my workplace concerning layoffs etc. I took my lunch break to find a place nearby to give me a quick inspection as I had limited time the rest of the week. I went to 2 nearby dealerships and told them my story and they could not help me. I talked to John Higgins at Mohawk Honda and he took the time during what I would assume to be his and others lunch break to get my vehicle inspected quickly. I was able to do all of this within my hour lunchtime and get back to work on time. I know its only an inspection but this customer service saved me a lot of headaches and tickets. Again Id like to give thanks to John Higgins and Mohawk Honda for there service. I will be back again, More

Excellent service We went to perform a regular maintenance on our previous lease. The experience began at the service department, where John Higgins was excellent and m We went to perform a regular maintenance on our previous lease. The experience began at the service department, where John Higgins was excellent and made recommendations if we were keeping the vehicle after lease ends in November. We asked if they had the new Odysseys 2018 and he hook us up with a Exchange specialist. He warned from the beginning that Honda didn't have any current program at this moment but that they will work it out with us. The exchange specialist (I don't remember her name right now) took us to Guenter Jaeger and Andrew Guelcher to get all info. We went for a test drive and then they offered options for buying or leasing. We were interested in leasing but couldn't afford what he offered. They negotiate various options with us and decided to extend our lease by 3 months and leave us with the same payment we were handling on the old one. We then dealt with Mike Speranza who told us that our credit scores were not the best but since we have been good Honda customers they worked that out. It was a smooth transaction. We had to wait a week because the model we wanted was not available in their location. They had problems with the delivery but kept us informed all the way. The day of our pick up they dealt directly with our insurance and DMV. Another smooth transaction. Then Breana Mattice help us with information and new features of our vehicle. Another happy customer here. More
