John Higgins, Sales and Leasing Consultant had taken the features in the car I was looking for and as soon as it came available John called and said 'the car I was looking for just cam in" With great features like Leather interior and heated adjustable seats etc. He had a few colors that I was looking for, as soon it came on the lot John called me . John found the Accord and did a awesome presentation of the Honda Accord 2016 EX-L. It's just the Honda that I will produ of driving for the next 5 years. Hats off to Michael Nicholas for the great pizza. Eric O'Reilly for '"taking good care of my new car". Amazing! I walked into the showroom flipped upside down on my Kia Optima. I had spoken to Scott Risley already and he knew my situation, although neither of us I walked into the showroom flipped upside down on my Kia Optima. I had spoken to Scott Risley already and he knew my situation, although neither of us knew the extent. Well, it was $10k verifiable on KBB and I was given a very generous trade for it. My thoughts as the Kia ran up to 68k miles, were to get into a cheaper used vehicle and try to dig out. I soon realized the problem. It was going to be a miricle to get financing for a $12k car when I owed $10k on the loan. The salesman Scott set me up with, John Higgins, mentioned a lease to me right away and I quickly dismissed the idea. John got to work and when I realized not only the financing issue but what I would be driving I felt a little hopeless. In steps my finance wizard friend who tells me the only way out is to....LEASE! The next morning I called John who was working hard to try to find financing on a used car I had agreed to try to get. I told him I had decided to try the lease and could we talk about it. He asked what made me come around as he knew immediately it was the best way out. John worked really hard making a deal for me that I could live with. I couldn't have left any happier, unless it hadn't been with my brand new 2017 Civic EX in Cosmic Blue. I remember remarking to my new Friend John Higgins, "man, you guys aren't kidding with your ad. You really did go out of your way to please me". I will be debt free at the end of the lease. I couldn't ask for anything better. Best car buying experience of my life, and not because of how I went in and it turned out. They truly are amazing. Though I lost the card and cannot remember his name, the young man who helped me learn the cars system was also a pleasure and very knowledgeable about the product. I honestly cannot see myself buying a car from another dealer...ever. lol. Thanks to John, Scott and the whole crew at Mohawk Honda. More

Excellent experience I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V as a result of an unexpected, irreparable breakdown of my 11 Kia. I was not in the mindset to buy a new car but my expe I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V as a result of an unexpected, irreparable breakdown of my 11 Kia. I was not in the mindset to buy a new car but my experience at Mohawk Honda was outstanding. John Higgins spent time to find a car that I really wanted and allowed me to drive a few cars before I made a decision. They even fed me pizza 😊.
