I walked into the dealer and John was the first person to greet me. I knew it would be a good experience when one of his other customers went out of his way to introduce himself and tell me what a great per greet me. Everything went smooth and John went out of his way to find be extra discounts and incentives I was eligible for but was unaware. He also convinced me to reverse my desire to have a spray in bed liner done at the factory and instead have it done locally. Better product, less cost and warrantied locally. One of many things John did that he didn't need to do. Kept me up to date every step of the way in my special order new truck. More

I had been looking at some trucks online and went to the dealership to look at them in person. I sat down with John and showed him what truck I was looking at. He couldn't locate one in color I had intere dealership to look at them in person. I sat down with John and showed him what truck I was looking at.
