Rizza Cadillac Buick GMC is Reliable, dependable and customer service oriented! Although it took several hours, I was still able to get some work done via my computer which made a productive day for me. customer service oriented! Joh did a good job of updating us along the way between the dropping off of our vehicle and picking it up. It was our first time there so I don't have anything related to compare this visit with, except th the dropping off of our vehicle and picking it up. It was our first time there so I don't have anything related to compare this visit with, except that I did not want to re-visit the dealership where we bought the vehicle from as it appeared to the both of us that once we bought the vehicle from them the sales person no longer acknowledged our presence though we sat just across the desk from him while awaiting the financing paperwork's completion!
