The service was amazing, the people were very friendly and welcoming. They are very caring and actually seem like they want to help and get you into a car that you like. This was my second time purchasing a used vehicle from Greg May Honda with the help of AJ. After my first vehicle (2014 Ford Flex) was totaled while sitting by my house, I needed a new vehicle and my rent Greg May Honda with the help of AJ. After my first vehicle (2014 Ford Flex) was totaled while sitting by my house, I needed a new vehicle and my rental car on the insurance's dime was due back within a few days. I called up AJ and the next day was going to test drive some used vehicles within my price range, my biggest concern. My second biggest concern was size. It must fit a drum set. That's why I had gotten the Flex before. AJ took the time before I got there to pick out a few vehicles that may suit my needs and we tried them out. The next day I test drove a VW Jetta that was previously having an ABS put in. Didn't quite feel right. I felt much more confident buying this second car and knew the questions I should ask. AJ was quick to answer, or even to look up if he was unsure. He was always honest, taking the time to explain, patient with my indecision, and helped calm my concerns. A great test drive DJ too:) I eventually chose the 2014 Ford Focus. Much smaller than the Flex, but I could fit my drums in a Prius and this was approximately the same size. 40,000 miles on a ten year old vehicle?? xxxx yeah. Solid mileage, good tint, comfortable to drive, cd player, and boomin' speakers. I'm loving that car. But the story doesn't end at the purchase of the vehicle. Between buying my first car and now AJ began giving a voucher for free BBQ (with the purchase of a car, of course). A few days ago the plumbing in our house messed up. A pipe burst and water was flowing out of the bathroom into the halls. It is almost taken care of but our house, specifically our kitchen, is a mess. I can't say just how much of a relief it was to remember that voucher, and know that I had a delicious, free, BBQ meal just a quick drive away. That little act of kindness went a long way for me today and I admire and thank AJ for going beyond what is expected of any working man. If you've actually read this far I'm astounded. I can only say good things about my experience at Greg May Honda and encourage anyone to go see AJ if you're looking for a vehicle. Peace! More

When I walked onto the lot, I had an idea of what I wanted but was certain I wasn't going to get it as a first time buyer. The staff was polite, kind and helpful. Initial experience was excellent. However multiple paper work errors caused a delay of over a month in getting the car lease setup. I had to make an extra trip to the dealership to resign papers that were also wrong and then had to sign another set of papers weeks later because of an error on the second set. I had to initiate at least 4 phone calls to the dealer to get these problems corrected. More

I never anticipated that buying a car would be a pleasant and easy experience but it sure was when I walked into the showroom yesterday. Mr Matthys greeted me at the door and I am so glad he did! He is so kind and so patient and walked me through everything. Absolutely no pressure at any stage of the process. Mr. Hunt was wonderful as well! I cannot rate Mr Matthys and Greg May Honda high enough! I love my new Honda and I am extremely glad I chose Greg May instead of one of the other Honda dealerships in the area.
