My son bought a used vehicle from them and I co signed the loan. When I had questions about the sale document I called and had to leave a message. No one has called me back. I have purchased over 100 vehicles of all sizes from class 8 trucks to salesmen cars and I have never paid a dealer a fee to fill out paperwork to sell me the vehicle. That would be like paying a grocery store a fee to give me a receipt for my groceries! Really. There were other fees tacked on as well just to do their job. They also charged sales tax but didn't state which state they were collecting the tax for? My son needs to register the vehicle in Az. and should pay only Az tax as he is taking delivery of the vehicle in Az. How will he prove to the DMV that he has paid the Az tax if it doesn't say that on the invoice? Very disappointing. More

Our salesman Stephan was great! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, fun, and not pushy. We had an issue after purchase, headlights didn't work and he was the only one in communication with us regarding knowledgeable, fun, and not pushy. I had to make all calls to the service department, they never once reached out to give us updates and when I did call them they acted as if I was the bad guy!
