I felt the person I worked with to check-in was helpful and explained everything well. I think the service person who worked on my car did a good job of explaining the video tour. Unfortunately I was somewhat disappointed when I looked under the hood when I returned home. The fluid for the windshield washer was not filled and luckily I had some at home. There was a mess under my hood from some animal trying make a home. I was told it would be cleaned up. It was definitely better but I had to finish the job as there was quite a bit of debris still there. It made me wonder if I had the correct amount of oil. I checked and the oil level was good. More
