Most of the salesmen I talked to had no knowledge I spent weeks looking for a Toyota and dealing with so many different problems at other dealerships. Most of the salesmen I talked to had no knowledge of the cars I was looking at - they just read the specs off the sheet and were unable to answer any of my questions. Then I went to Wellesley Toyota. John showed me the ins and outs of my car and was able to explain EVERYTHING. He was over the top professional and polite and I was so impressed with the quality of help.
