Amazing, over the top, phenomenal service! We were on a trip from CA and got a flat, SOS said it would be two hours until a tow and by that time service would have closed. After talking to the Service team trip from CA and got a flat, SOS said it would be two hours until a tow and by that time service would have closed. After talking to the Service team ourselves they said they could stay late and help us so we tested out the Drive Flats and made it just in time. John was quick to help us, extremely friendly and even had the car washed for us! Couldn’t ask for better - THABK YOU!!! More

For over 25 years I have been using BMW of Toledo for service on all my BMWs. The staff are professional, friendly, respectful and honest. I truly trust them with my car service.
