Anything to do with BMW is a zero. Selling inferior product with known deficiencies & not standing behind product. To add insult to injury I was charged for the time spent to determine that the car eng product with known deficiencies & not standing behind product. We have driven BMW’s since 1998 and have never been disappointed with the sales or service departments. They do an excellent job!
