Absolutely horrible. Went in for regular service maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in e maintenance twice in November of 2020. Neither time did the service department mention that I might need new rear brakes soon. 1,500 miles later in early January 2021 I have no brake pads left at all and they need to be replaced ASAP to prevent further damage. Extremely unimpressed with how this was handled. More

I've worked with Cory Morris at the sister store and he has always helped me with getting a good lease deal. Since he does not work directly at the BMW location, he had Steve Messenger finish up all the wo has always helped me with getting a good lease deal. I also took my new vehicle in for them to apply the paint and fabric protection. John, the service tech I worked with was also very professional. He went out of his way to help look for some floor mats that I had ordered was in or not. He didn't just tell me to go talk with this person, like I have had at other places. More

Excellent service. I truly feel it’s the best customer service in Toledo. Kyle told me I could come in immediately and John had a loaner vehicle ready when I got there. Took just minutes. When I brought b service in Toledo. Kyle told me I could come in immediately and John had a loaner vehicle ready when I got there. Took just minutes.
