Dealer didnt help me resolve my problem told me rotors were under tolerance but then agreed to put them back on, asked them to service my ac for issues told me i had a rodent issue, no rodent issue wanted were under tolerance but then agreed to put them back on, asked them to service my ac for issues told me i had a rodent issue, no rodent issue wanted to tear up the car turns out was an hvac issue mold in the cabin filters and two dead stinkbugs in the car accounted for the bad smell changed cabin filters and using antifungal cleaners on rubber door seals to remove remianing mold that was emitting from vents problem solved found my air filter in the engine was taken out and put back in backwards was advised cabin air filters wouldnt be the solve but they were the solution More

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful. BMW can just be pretty expensive. Some of the recommendations I feel are unnecessary.
