Had someone picking up a vehicle and they had a gun pulled on them!!! Way to go Gates. All because he took longer than someone wanted! Late for dinner huh! My vehicle is burning oil it has been! my engine is getting ready to blow if Gates and GM does not resolve this issue. The people were real nice helped explain well what was going on. But I drove it their and wasn't able to afford the repair fees but when I went to pick it back up it barely turned on and was undrivable. going on. It was a little scary when the service technician said the he was getting "death codes" in my amp, radio, and tire monitoring system. It looked like replacing those and possibly the camera might cost $3, the he was getting "death codes" in my amp, radio, and tire monitoring system. It looked like replacing those and possibly the camera might cost $3,500 without any guarantee the "ghosts in my electronic system" would be fixed. I took John and Rob's advice: we replaced the amp, which fixed one set of my issues, but I was not in a position to replace anything else at that moment in time. About 1.5 weeks later without doing anything, my CarPlay miraculously returned and MyChevrolet app began working and updating again. I'm glad I took JJ's advice, and I trust him and the Gates service team implicitly. More
