We just purchased our fourth vehicle from this Honda dealer. This dealer is very friendly and courteous, which is rare today. We have dealt with salesman John Jay Morgan for all four of our vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he listened to us regarding our price range and what we wanted in our vehicles and he went to great lengths to get us the deals we were looking for. He never made it feel like there was any pressure to buy a vehicle and he was very patient with us while we made our decisions. When we picked up the vehicles, he had everything ready and waiting for us and there was never any hidden fees or extra costs of any kind. Paul in the finance department made all the paperwork as smooth as possible and he explained everything in detail. I would recommend buying from this Honda dealer and I would highly recommend salesman John Jay Morgan when buying your vehicles. Being a woman, it is inevitable that I would feel that I would be spoken knew their product very well. all my questions were answered respectfully. Our salesman John Jay Morgan couldn't have been more helpful. We were just "looking" and he respected that fact. We told him what we had in mind (A CRV) and he pointed out a few. We saw one that looked MINT with low mileage, John Jay went and got the keys, let us take for a drive. When we got back, we talked about the vehicle and he offered to let us know the previous owners name so we could contact him. He also gave us the CarFAx info. We put down a small deposit, went and checked with our credit union and ultimately bought the vehicle. From start to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience.
