Innovative service department with valet pickup and drop off. Ive also had them come and service my vehicle in my driveway. John Kidd at Parks ford was excellent he save me on a road trip when I got a flat right at the exit to the dealership, I brought the service department my rum and deflated tire at 5:50pm and they closed road trip when I got a flat right at the exit to the dealership, I brought the service department my rum and deflated tire at 5:50pm and they closed at 6, he was able to get my tire repaired and me on my merry way in minutes!
