Delightful Experience I had been searching online for a preowned Ford Escape with certain features, finally found what I was looking for at Taylor Ford. However, it was 2 I had been searching online for a preowned Ford Escape with certain features, finally found what I was looking for at Taylor Ford. However, it was 2 hours away. I contacted the dealership, John Kovach was extremely accommodating while I made arrangements (time off work, etc) to get there. Three days later the vehicle was waiting for me, cleaned and serviced. Cindy in finance made what normally is a stressful situation....painless. Thank you, John, Cindy and Taylor Ford. More
