AJ and John are Superstars! From the moment we walked into David our sales consultant John K was second to none. Before we met John we met 3 other sales consultants that same day at different dealerships and there was something differe John K was second to none. He was helping us find the car we needed. The experience of getting a new car was about us buying a car, not him selling us a car! I bought 2 Jeeps here! John Krieger is an awesome salesman. He knows the vehicles. I have never met a salesman when buying a car that new the answers without having to look John Krieger is an awesome salesman. He knows the vehicles. I have never met a salesman when buying a car that new the answers without having to look some of it up. He is not pushy. He will tell you straight up what he can and can't do. He makes you feel comfortable in your purchase. I hate going thru the whole car buying purchase, John makes it much less painful. I hope he is still there when I am ready to buy my next car. Have to say also, Very thankful for Jan. I was the last one in the dealership and she got me done quick. More

A positive unexpected dealer experience I must say that I am in awe of the buying process at David Auto! On the day I purchased my 2019 Dodge Durango SRT, I arrived for a pre-scheduled test I must say that I am in awe of the buying process at David Auto! On the day I purchased my 2019 Dodge Durango SRT, I arrived for a pre-scheduled test drive of my new vehicle at 2:45pm. The vehicle was ready for the test drive. By 3:15pm we were back at the dealership and immediately sat down to start the paperwork process. I came to this dealership knowing exactly the vehicle I wanted after doing extensive research on-line. During the the paperwork process my Sales person John Krieger kept me informed of the processes to get my new car ready to take home and the loan approval process. During the financial approval process, John was on the phone in touch with my auto insurance agent getting my insurance card to me before I left the dealership. I was also introduced to the Service Dept and other customer related areas in the dealership. As of 4:30pm all the paperwork was signed and I was on way home with my new purchase. That was one hour and 45 minutes since I arrived for my test drive. That was an Amazing dealership experience. Every vehicle I have purchased over the last forty years, it took around 8 hours of sitting in a dealership twittling my thumbs to purchase a vehicle. Thank you David Dodge for the pleasurable experience! More

Good experience My experience in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler from your dealership was for the most part a good one. Salesperson was very good but the haggling I went t My experience in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler from your dealership was for the most part a good one. Salesperson was very good but the haggling I went through to do the deal wasn’t very fun. Also the Jeep was delivered to me with no washer fluid in the reservoir & less than a half tank of gas. In all my years of buying cars at other dealerships I never once had a car delivered to me without a full tank of gas. These two things made a great experience turn into a good experience More
