Took them 4 attempts to almost fix the problem My 2018 Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk developed a high pitched whistling noise three months after purchase. Took them 4 attempts to almost fix the problem. Noise is better but still noticeable. Also, when the AC is on, compressor turns itself off for about 5-15 seconds, blows warm air, and then turns back on. Service department cannot tell me why this happens. They say to use the auto control. Problem stills exists when I use the auto. This happens when I have the heat on as well, heater will disengage, blow cold air for 5-15 seconds, and then re-engage. The dealership has had my vehicle for over 15 non-consecutive days. Hopefully, they can fix the issues I have been experiencing for the past 7 months. More

I had a car that I bought a few years back for convenience and never really liked...it was way too big for me...and the hubbs had an old pick-up truck that was going to need a bunch of upgrades to pass inspection, so he figured it was time for something new. I had seen David's commercials and wondered what the customer experience would really be like. I have to say that we will never go anywhere else again to buy any future vehicles. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and treated with respect, shown around the dealership, and introduced to the service folks who gave us an overview of what to expect whenever we bring the car in. John was very patient as I test drove 2 cars and took about another hour deciding exactly what I wanted by looking around the lot and online. The hubbs also test drove a car and looked online for what he wanted. As we were going through the process, other sales workers and the financial people came over to introduce themselves to us too...very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. David's commercials are not fluff...his dealership and the folks who work there are truly the best! More
