Mike in financing blew through the paperwork while making sure we understood everything about the deal. He described our add-on options but respected our declination of them. Typical surprise, last minute, hard sell, guilt trip for extended warranties that could add up to 10% to the purchase price. I guess we should have expected it, but it seems like it doesn't have to be that way. You start to question buying a Toyota for reliability. Who is Fidelity Warranty Services?. And replace the streaky laser printer. John was excellent, sales and service area remodels look great. Just need to 'remodel' the contract experience. More
