There were a few times I felt like I wasn't getting a direct answer to some questions, but when all was said and done the price was the best around by far. When we got to the dealership the paperwork was ready to go and we got a great price for our trade-in. John was fantastic to work with and wanted to help us enjoy our experience and new vehicle. Mike in financing blew through the paperwork while making sure we understood everything about the deal. He described our add-on options but respected our declination of them.
