I bought my last 3 vehicles from John. Even before the pandemic John would do business with me online. Every other dealer I talked to tried to convince me to visit in person, and I got a bunch of junior sales staff that had no authority to do anything except ask me to come to the dealership. John sent any written quote I wanted. I know that seems simple, but I literally couldn’t get any other dealer to do it. I could walk in with an out the door price I was comfortable with, no pressure. He must be doing great in these times. He’s got experience with online sales, knows all the rest of the dealers, and he will try to bring you the car you want, not try to pressure you to buy what’s sitting on the lot. More

John LaFAB is far and away the best car sales person I've ever worked with. He depth of knowledge about the Toyota product lines is impressive and very helpful in reassuring customers that he REALLY knows wh ever worked with. In August this year, I thought it would take a year or more to get my new Highlander Hybrid, and he said: "actually, about 8 weeks is more like it". He jumped right on it and sure enough, it arrived 100% to my specs in 8 weeks ... a miracle given current severe supply chain problems. I've known John since 2012, when he helped my wife buy a new Venza, and after 9 years we just picked right up where we left off ... car talk and more car talk, which is exactly what I needed.
