Overall very satisfied with the experience at JH Salisbury. If I had to give less than 5 stars for anything, it would be the cleanliness of the vehicle. The outside was clean, but anything that required detail was not clean - cup holders, cubby, glove box, glass on the inside, etc. Also of note, the main objection for getting the ceramic package was i wanted the scratches fixed before the ceramic was applied. The scratches were not fixed and have now been sealed with ceramic. I was kind of disappointed, honestly. Out side of those items, I was very happy with my JH experience. More
