We bought a 4000-mile barely-used car from these guys, and it wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't awesome. Be ready for the same old used car salesman runaround. Online the car looked great but since thei and it wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't awesome. Be ready for the same old used car salesman runaround. Online the car looked great but since their location is 1.5 hours from our house, we called first to verify that they still had it, that the listed price was correct, and that there weren't any fees above and beyond the document fee and tax (spoke with "MJ"). Upon arrival we drove the car with our salesman Jonathan and didn't find any major reason not to buy it, so we asked him to tell us the total price for the car. We had already figured out the tax rate and added it to their $7-800 doc fee, so we had what should have been the final number ready. They came back with a number $2000 higher. What for? Well, the extra magical $1300 paint protection and Lojack theft prevention of course. Classic used car salesman stuff. Kudos to them for coming up with a fantastic way to scam money out of the buyer and probably get a commission from the Lojack people who would love to track us with their device, but honestly, screw you guys. So then we got to start playing the usual game, with three different salesmen coming like the ghosts of Christmas car sales past, present, and future, saying the same thing, leaving and coming back with the same number. One of them was obviously sick with a cold shortly after, we were too. No extra charge for that I guess. It took us two hours of haggling about their "no-haggle price" to beat them back down to the original advertised price of the car. But they did eventually honor their price, so if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't back down. This isn't the kind of place that I want to buy from, with the extra aftermarket add-ons and the sales pitch for the service contracts and the extra awesome powertrain warranty and all the rest, but maybe most of the other dealers are also this way. In retrospect we left a different dealer who had a very similar car, and we should have just bought that one. It was newer and cheaper. They went on and on about how they only have the greatest cars and they've been thoroughly checked out before the sale. Our almost-new car was missing all four valve caps on the tires, and the tire pressures varied by around 5 psi. Who cares about a dollar's worth of valve caps and a dollar's worth of air hose? Nobody- except, if something this easy to see and verify was done wrong, who knows what else was done wrong? I have zero confidence in their service people who would send out a car without a dollar's worth of valve caps and correct tire pressure. The car was missing a physical owner's manual so we had it added to the paperwork that they would supply one. So far we're almost up to two weeks with no manual in sight. I asked one week in via email and the salesman didn't say it wasn't coming, but also, it wasn't coming yet. If you find a car selling place that doesn't play all of these games, buy from them. Otherwise have fun doing the same old used car salesman stuff with these guys. More

When I bought the car, I was concerned about a chip in the windshield and he said it was nothing to worry about. Also, he said in my deal I will get the extra key which he brushed off that you have to come Thursday for that and failed to tell me you have to be there first thing in the morning around eight so I checked with the service department and they said That I had missed him because and told me what time to be there to get my key. On Thursday morning after I arrived, the service department was very nice to help me on some of the concerns on my car that I didn’t understand even after reading the manual also, there was a primary owner that was could still connect to my car that I couldn’t access anything on the computer. Service guy tried to help me with that and suggested I go to the Toyota place because they couldn’t do it, but they did fix my chip on my windshield, said it’s something they could fill in before it got big. I really appreciated that. I felt like these things should’ve been done before my car was delivered to my house the service people had my car washed also which I appreciated. When I went to the Toyota place to get The last ownership primary taken off, it was done by one of the salesman. The service sender said that if the charge was reasonable, they would pay it, but the salesman charged me nothing at the Toyota place in Salisbury. It was a lot of running around getting things straightened out that should’ve been done before I received my vehicle. I feel like my salesman fail to do his part. But the repair service helped me a lot. More
