They sell cars with problems, bring a Mechanic or stay away Bought a 2014 jeep wrangler unlimited sport. Found after the first day of driving it that the coolant tank was almost bone dry. Also it has water leaks inside. I have purchased 4 other vehicles over the years from Lithia dealerships. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing to this company as they refused to cover the radiator repair. I'll never purchase another vehicle from a Lithia dealership ever again, and I don't recommend anyone else either. If you do decide to shop at Lithia CJD of Eugene better bring a Mechanic with you. You'll be sorry if you don't. Lastly My salesman was a nice guy. But I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the management of this dealership. They do not care if they sell you a vehicle with pre-existing problems. More

Helped me find my truck Stopped by to check out Dodge Ran 1500. Interested in one somewhere else. John let me drive a comparable model and it was great. He of course tried Stopped by to check out Dodge Ran 1500. Interested in one somewhere else. John let me drive a comparable model and it was great. He of course tried to sell me that one. When I said no, he was gracious and friendly . John gave me the info on other vehicles and I was able to purchase a newer vehicle with less miles for about the same price. I appreciated not having to “negotiate” price and terms. Most of the communication was over the phone or text. I was able to drive down, sign papers and have my new truck. Probably easiest vehicle purchase I have made. Thanks. More
