In my recent experience, they were very thorough and efficient. Even though I brought my car in for other reasons, recall issues were also addressed without me having to ask. They prepared me upfront efficient. Even though I brought my car in for other reasons, recall issues were also addressed without me having to ask. They prepared me upfront as far as the expected work to be done and approximate costs. My service advisor, John LaVelle, was courteous, friendly and professional every step of the way.
