Just had a really unpleasant experience at this dealership. Wanted to purchase a new cx5 and trade in 2028 Kia with 21000 miles. They offered $18000 on trade in and nearly full sticker on new car dealership. Wanted to purchase a new cx5 and trade in 2028 Kia with 21000 miles. They offered $18000 on trade in and nearly full sticker on new car. When told that car max offered over $22000 on trade in they denied the offer was for real. We walked out and drove directly to car max who this time offered $23800. This is Naples mentality that if you have to negotiate you don’t belong here. They had no interest in even coming close to what we offered. By the way I purchased nearly identical car in another state two weeks ago for $2000 less and received a trade in of $20000 for a the same model car and year with less features and about same mileage. More
