Also the Scarpelli Family that own's Ray Chevrolet are really down to earth people who will alway's do their best to accomondate their Customer's. I would definately rate Salesman John Lesniak a Five Star Salesman at Ray's!, He's very good with dealing with the Customer's, He's been there a long time and he know's his business! LOTS OF CONFUSION Was there 5 times. Searched internet for used vehicles. Picked out 3 I wanted to see. Got there, not ready to view. Told them price range - couldn Was there 5 times. Searched internet for used vehicles. Picked out 3 I wanted to see. Got there, not ready to view. Told them price range - couldn't come up with match on 1st visit. Next day get call about 2 cars that were there the day before in my price range. Another trip. Put deposit on car, delivery was supposed to be in 3 days. Arrive to pick up car - not ready - no certification. Supposed to be ready next day. Not ready again - had to order parts to meet certification. Finally pick up car. Have to return because some part not in and still no physical certification form for me to peruse. Had to go back again. Bought a certified used Sonic. Great Car- fair price. Delivery delayed because of issues with certification on car. No car fax printed in advance. Salesperson had ample time to assure that all was in order and to do a better job looking for vehicle in my price range. Seemed more worried about whether I qualified for financing and pushing to spend more based on my credit than what I was looking for. The vehicle itself was a good deal and I am happy with this purchase, but the dealer needs to listen to what the customer is asking for, NOT what they think I want. Would probably buy again only because price was good. With all the confusion, I tried to reach used car manager to no avail. Left messages, asked to speak with him over phone and in person. I don't think he exists as I never heard back from him. More
