My wife was looking for the first new car she has ever owned. She had several different manufacturers is mind. He was very thorough in his description of all the options available on the car as well as describing the performance of the car. My wife took several test drives and John explained how the Malibu would be the best car for her needs. Thanks to John's patience and extensive knowledge of the Chevrolet products, we now own a brand new Malibu. Over the years, we have come to know something about each of our families and we have grown to trust John - that's not a character quality I say about very many people. I bought my Pontiac G6 from John Lesniak 5 years ago and the customer service has been top notch every step of the way. Not only was the initial sale a phenomenal experience, but any issue I ran in to along the customer service has been top notch every step of the way. Not only was the initial sale a phenomenal experience, but any issue I ran in to along the way was taken care of without a hassle. From manufacturer recalls to keyless entry remote issues I was having, John was always willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet because of the positive customer experience John and the rest of the staff have created for me. My G6 is running strong with 180,000 miles on it, but when it quits I'll definitely be going back to see John for my next car. More
